Details: **Position:** Supervisor ** Job Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of staff. * Monitor employee performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved. * Maintain attendance, work records, and daily reports. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures. * Resolve workplace issues and provide guidance to team members. * Conduct regular inspections and quality checks. * Report progress, challenges, and operational updates to management. * Assist in staff training and performance improvement. ### Required Qualifications: * Minimum 10th / 12th Pass (Graduation preferred). * Good communication and leadership skills. * Ability to manage teams and handle responsibilities efficiently. * Basic knowledge of computer operations and report preparation. * Prior supervisory experience will be an added advantage. ### Skills: * Team Management * Problem Solving * Leadership & Coordination * Time Management * Report Writing * Decision Making **Salary:** ₹25,500 – ₹37,500 per month (Based on Qualification and Experience) **Experience:** Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply.
